1. About the Company
GLOBALVEER INFRA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, in India. We operate two primary divisions:
- Global Commodity Trading Division: International trading in crude oil, salt, fish & seafood, agricultural commodities, minerals, and allied goods.
- IT Outsourcing Division: IT services, software development, cloud solutions, consulting, and government IT project execution.

2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into agreements with us.
- For corporate engagements, the authorized representative must have authority to bind the company.
- You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
3. Commodity Trading — Terms
3.1 Trade Inquiries & Quotations
- All quotations are subject to availability and market conditions at the time of final confirmation.
- Quotations are valid for the period specified in the Proforma Invoice (typically 24–72 hours).
- Prices are quoted in USD/EUR/INR as applicable, exclusive of freight, insurance, and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Contract Formation
- A binding contract exists only upon exchange of a signed Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) or Full Corporate Offer (FCO) / Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO).
- We follow INCOTERMS 2020 for all international commodity shipments.
- All contracts are subject to the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and applicable international trade law.
3.3 Payment Terms
- Domestic (India): Advance, NEFT/RTGS, Letter of Credit (LC), or agreed credit terms.
- International: 100% Irrevocable LC at sight, SWIFT T/T, or Escrow as per contract.
- All international payments subject to FEMA, 1999 and RBI guidelines.
3.4 Quality & Quantity
- All commodities are subject to quality inspection by mutually agreed agencies (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek).
- Specifications are governed by the signed contract. Minor variations within standard tolerances are acceptable.
- Title and risk of goods transfer as per the agreed INCOTERM in the contract.
3.5 Sanctions & Compliance
- All trade transactions comply with applicable UN, US OFAC, EU, and Indian sanctions regimes.
- We reserve the right to cancel any transaction that may violate anti-money laundering (AML) or counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) laws.
- KYC documentation is mandatory for all trading partners.
4. IT Outsourcing Services — Terms
4.1 Service Engagement
- All IT engagements are governed by a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) and/or Statement of Work (SOW).
- Work commences only after receipt of advance payment or signed purchase order (for government clients).
- We follow Agile / Milestone-based delivery as mutually agreed.
4.2 Government IT Projects
- Government projects are governed by the contract terms, applicable GFR (General Financial Rules), and the concerned agency's procurement norms.
- We comply with all NICSI, NIC, MeitY, and state IT department guidelines.
- Security clearances required for sensitive government projects will be obtained as per procedure.
4.3 Intellectual Property
- Custom development: IP transfers to client upon full payment.
- Our proprietary tools/frameworks: Licensed to client, not transferred.
- Open-source components: Governed by respective open-source licenses.
- We retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless NDA restricts it.
4.4 Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and business-sensitive information.
- NDAs are executed for all client engagements before project commencement.
- Obligations survive termination for a period of 3 years.
4.5 SLA & Liability
- Uptime SLA for managed services: 99.5% (excluding scheduled maintenance).
- Our maximum liability in any engagement is limited to the total contract value paid in the preceding 3 months.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
5. Website Use
- This website is for informational and business inquiry purposes. It does not constitute a public offer.
- You may not use our website for scraping, automated queries, spam, or any illegal activity.
- We reserve the right to restrict access to any user who violates these Terms.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Impersonating our company or its representatives
- Submitting fraudulent orders or inquiries
- Using our platform for money laundering or sanctions evasion
- Hacking, phishing, or attempting to compromise our systems
- Re-selling our services without prior written authorization
7. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including: natural disasters, war, government orders, port closures, strikes, pandemics, cyber attacks, or any other force majeure event as defined under Section 56 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Commodity prices and availability are subject to market fluctuations. Our website content is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy of commodity market information or third-party links.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
- Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation within 30 days.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Seat of arbitration: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. Language: English.
- Courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
